Iaso is an AI-powered medical consultation platform that provides health guidance across multiple medical specialties. The Service generates automated SOAP notes, tracks health metrics, and offers personalized wellness recommendations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Iaso is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Iaso. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Consultations are purchased on a pay-per-use basis. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy. Consultation credits do not expire. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' access, using the Service for illegal purposes, or attempting to reverse-engineer the AI system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the property of Iaso and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal health data you provide to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iaso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
